Delivery Information


Generally, once you have placed your order you can expect despatch as soon as payment being received or processed.  

We apologize for orders that have taken a bit longer than expected.  Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are at all concerned about your order.  

We use Australia Post and Smart Send for all our orders to all Australian destinations. 

We will let you know how and when your order has been sent and we are happy to follow up your deliveries should they, for some reason, get delayed. 

All orders are registered post.

All freight charges are worked out on your orders by Australia Post.  If we find they have overcharged we will refund your money.

With any purchase from us, you will receive written instructions and we also provide after sales support. You are welcome to contact us with any questions about alpacas and the alpaca products from Australia and Peru. We love to help.
